| In order to promote a
healthy and balanced community, there must be a strong
infrastructure including quality services to sustain the
areas. As such, BAME strives
to strengthen and rebuild the fabric of the community
through economic development initiatives, affordable
housing, services that support aging seniors,
entrepreneurial activity, local business development,
job creation, and financial empowerment for families and
youth. |

Board of Directors
The BAME staff is guided by Board of Directors and
several working groups composed of both volunteers and
resource partners. The majority of board seats are held
by corporate partners and the congregation. The board
members and partners are guided by a covenant and
principles which state, "We are committed to the
transformation of the quality of life families and
individuals through a strategy of transforming the
quality of life of our neighborhood communities."
